LAW & GOSPEL, Summer Bible Study Series. Meets Wednesdays from 7:30 - 9:00 PM.


Women's Bible Study

The ladies meet approximately every other Wednesday at 8:30-10 a.m. "God's Answers to Everyday Problems" by Kay Arthur, a study of the Book of Proverbs is the
current topic. All are welcome.
July 9, 16, 30, August 6, 13, 20 and 27.



Men's Bible Study

The Men's Study Group meet on the 2nd & 4th
Thursdays of the month at 8:00 p.m. The Purple Onion
(just west of Bell Road on 143rd) has been our meeting
place. We are in the process of making plans for
study and activities for the fall. Next meeting is
this
Thursday, Sept. 13th.



Lutheran Adult Fellowship

LAF stands for Lutheran Adult Fellowship, and laugh; they do!
Come join this lively bunch of seniors at noon on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. You will find Christian fellowship, games, sing-a-longs, guest speakers and food! LAF is open to anyone over 50 years old - all are welcome! Please call the church office at 708-403-WORD(9673) for more information.



Moms and Tots

Our Moms and Tots program is specially designed for parents of younger children, not yet enrolled in a preschool program. Moms and children under the age of three meet once a week for fun and socialization.

The morning consists of free play, parachute play, circle time and a snack time for the adults and children. The class meets from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00a.m. on Wednesday mornings. There is a $5.00 family per week.

This is a wonderful opportunity for new moms to meet other moms and for little ones to get acclimated to a setting other than home. The children love
having the comfort of mom's presence while interacting with their peers.

Our Moms and Tots program is facilitated by Luann Walsh, whose previous experience includes teaching
in a Birth to Three Early Intervention program. She also serves as the preschool administrator and teacher in our three-year-old preschool program.
